Every gift made to the Olathe Youth Symphony (OYS) has a positive impact on tour talented young musicians. Regardless of the size of the gift, your generosity helps support the development of our young members while they explore the endless possibilities music can bring to their lives. Student participation fees meet many of the expenses associated with the OYS program. However, as a non-profit organization, the OYS could not provide our young musicians with a rich musical experience without the generosity of our donors! Individuals, foundations, corporations and in-kind services support the OYS experience!
Your generous donation in any amount is appreciated! The OYS is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization so 100% of your financial gift is tax-deductible.
Individual donations make a difference! Tribute donations can also be made in honor of someone, such as for a special event (birthday, anniversary, graduation, etc.) or in memory of someone. For some of our individual donors, their employer will also match their gift, thereby doubling its impact!
**Check with your Human Resources department to see whether your employer offers a matching gift program.
Business and organization donations support the mission of the OYS too! Our business and organization donors help demonstrate the impact our community can have on the OYS.
Donate your time and talents to support OYS! Whether you are interested in helping to keep our music library organized and updated, setting up the stage for concerts, and/or assisting with special events, your help is critical and welcomed!

Want to sponsor the purchase of an OYS owned instrument? We are always looking to expand our percussive equipment.
OYS also accepts good quality instruments. If you have an instrument that you or your children are no longer use, consider donating it to the Dr. B’s Musical Instrument Fund. There is a young musician in our community who could use it!
**A letter acknowledging your gift will be sent to you for tax purposes. Note: Instruments that cannot be used by the OYS will be donated to the Olathe School District through the Olathe Public Schools Foundation which operates the Dr. B. Musical Instrument Fund.
Every gift made to OYS has a positive impact on Olathe's talented youth and the future of classical music. Whether you give ten dollars or ten thousand, you are supporting the development of a young person while they explore their infinite possibilities in music.
Olathe Youth Symphony is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Simply click on the “Donate” button to make your tax deductible donation via credit card or PayPal.
